The Vitamin 100 i have been taking for a couple of years and it has made a difference in my overall health i feel better. Blood work for deficiency of certain vitamins is all in check. I like that it is everything you need in one dose daily. I recommend these vitamins and the vitamin D also.
I have been taking these vitamins for a few years , i can tell a diffetence in my energy level and how long i sleep at night if i forget to take them . I recommend these 100%

Love these vitamins. No junk like the store vitamins have in them. Read the labels at the store. It doesn’t make sense they add soy or corn syrup to them. You don’t even taste them, you’re supposed to just swallow them. I’m glad I found this brand. I take the multivitamin because it has everything you’re supposed to be getting everyday in just 2 pills. I just take both vitamin 100 pills and the vitamin D in the morning and I’m good for the day. Everything else I eat healthy on top of that is a bonus.
